Le 27 Novembre 1934, la Société Immobilière du Golf S.A. est constituée. Son Altesse Royale Madame la Grande Duchesse Charlotte fait un apport à la Société de terrains qui appartiennent à la Maison régnante. L'Administration des Biens de son Altesse Royale conserve alors une importante partie des parts sociales, les autres se répartissant entre de nombreux actionnaires.

Au Conseil d'Administration sont nommés, Son Altesse Royale Monseigneur le Prince Felix de Luxembourg, MM. Jérôme Anders, Gaston Barbanson, Max Lambert, Albert Philippe, François Simon, Paul Simons, Georges Tesch et Camille Wolff. M. Henri Pouillat, venant de Biarritz, fut nommé Directeur du Golf.
